Refund policy

We want you to love everything you bring home from BirchCroft Mercantile. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at birchcroftfarm@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Items that are damaged, used, or not in original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us right away — we'll take care of you.
